Haven Wellness is a collective of dedicated practitioners and teachers offering immersive half and full day wellness events hosted in Whistler, and Pemberton BC designed to nurture mind, body and spirit.
We welcome private small group retreats and larger executive groups.

Carol specializes in the clearing and balancing of the seven energy centres (chakras) through guided visualization, meditation, and intentional breathwork. Her sessions are designed to support clients in reconnecting with their inner harmony, promoting deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and self-awareness.
In addition to individual sessions, Carol empowers clients with practical Reiki self-healing tools they can confidently integrate into their daily lives. She facilitates both small and large group workshops and also offers one-to-one sessions upon request, creating a supportive and intuitive space for healing and personal growth.

Village Yoga is a small, community-centred shala located in the heart of Pemberton, serving the wider Sea to Sky region. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, experienced teachers, and diverse range of class styles, Village Yoga takes pride in meeting students exactly where they are in their practice.
Each offering is designed to allow both locals and visitors to take what they need from the experience, leaving feeling refreshed, grounded, and nourished. Through its partnership with Haven Wellness, Village Yoga is able to thoughtfully match groups with local yoga teachers whose style and approach best suit their needs.

Every sound in our daily life is a result of vibration. As we learn to concentrate and focus our attention on sounds that exist without and within we can also learn to access a deeper connection with ourselves as well as others. How do these "vibes" affect us and what can we observe? A Sound Bath can give us the opportunity in a safe space to explore a journey through healing sounds and textures that can elicit discovery, connection, and a sense of wonder. I am thrilled to have this opportunity and to explore this journey with you.

Michaela offers deeply restorative group experiences that support relaxation, energetic balance, and nervous system regulation. Her work combines guided meditation, conscious breathing, and crystal bowl sound healing to help participants slow down, restore energy, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm.
Her Group Meditation & Crystal Bowl Healing sessions use the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls to promote harmony and relaxation, while Chakra Activation & Balancing focuses on supporting the natural flow of energy through guided meditation and breathwork. These sessions are designed to release tension, restore balance, and encourage a grounded, peaceful state.

Luke is an animator who uses music to awaken creative and relational intelligence. He guides people into connection with their natural rhythm, movement, and voice through playful yet profound experiences that draw on listening, improvisation, and the restorative power of making contact with The Living Music. Luke is an accredited music therapist, and registered clinical counsellor, with a master’s degree in music-centred psychotherapy. He is also a certified yoga teacher, a certified soul-centred facilitator, and has trained in Transpersonal psychotherapy. He aims to create participant experiences that offer opportunities for expansion from a place of safety and ease.

Rebekka Walker, ERYT-500, CIAYT, MFA, is a yoga teacher, somatic therapist, and educator with over 25 years of experience in trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware care. As Director of the Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy Programs at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts, she mentors students and faculty in embodied, compassionate practice.
Her work integrates ancient yogic wisdom with modern somatic therapy, offering grounded, transformative experiences that cultivate regulation, resilience, deep rest and meaningful transformation.

Andrea creates grounded, restorative spaces for retreats, gatherings, and transformational experiences where people can slow down, reconnect, and return to what truly matters. Through movement, breath, meditation, and guided reflection, she helps participants shift from overwhelm and disconnection into presence, clarity, and balance.
Supported by extensive training across various forms of yoga, holistic health, and purpose-driven coaching, Andrea blends nervous system–aware practices with intuitive guidance into her offerings. She is passionate about creating environments where individuals feel safe to listen inward, connect with their inner steadiness, and move forward with clarity, trust and ease.

David Cross has been practicing yoga since 2008. Living in Pemberton, BC, he is known for teaching strong, alignment-focused classes delivered with clarity, thoughtfulness, and a healthy dose of humour.
With training in both Anusara and Ashtanga yoga, David blends thoughtful biomechanics with dynamic flow. Whether learning from other experienced practitioners or introducing new students to their first class, it is David's great pleasure to share in the endlessly enthralling process of yoga.
